Position Overview

We are hiring Seasonal Snow Shovelers for our Plymouth Meeting, PA satellite location.

This is a seasonal, on-call position from December 1st, 2025 through April 1st, 2026.

You will be called in whenever snow or ice events are expected.

No experience required—we provide training.

Pay

Starting at: $25.00 per hour

Pay may increase based on experience.

Schedule

This is an on-call position based on weather, including:

• Early mornings

• Daytime storms

• Overnight storms

• Holidays (if a storm occurs)

Work is not guaranteed every week—only during snow and ice events.

Responsibilities

• Shovel snow from walkways, sidewalks, and entrances

• Spread ice melt on pedestrian areas

• Use company tools safely and efficiently

• Follow site instructions from the Zone Leader or Crew Leader

• Arrive quickly when called for a storm

• Maintain a positive attitude during long or difficult storms

• Work safely around ice, traffic, and equipment

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to Plymouth Meeting, PA

• Ability to work outdoors in cold, snowy conditions

• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs

• Must be dependable and able to respond when called

• Good communication during storms

• No experience needed—training provided
